The Gower Beaches
The
beautiful beaches in the Gower in
Swansea have won awards for their
outstanding beauty and cleanliness.
For dog lovers there are plenty beaches
which allows dogs all year round.

National Showcaves Centre (Dan yr Ogof
Caves)
This is one
of the top attractions in Wales and is very
popular with families. The Centre
boasts some of the largest and most
impressive caves in Europe. There
is also a Shire Horse Centre, Barney's Playbarn and a very popular
Dinosaur
Park. The Centre is
normally open
7 days a week from April 1st until
October 31st
but please check before visiting.

Afan Argoed Mountain Bike Centre
There are 5 world class tracks at Afan Argoed (also called Afan Forest)
which are set in 11000 hectares of
forest. Afan Forest
Park was the only UK trail destination
to feature in the ‘What Mountain Bike
Magazine’ as one of the ten best places
to ride “before you die”, December 2004
issue. In 2008 it was also voted one of
the top ten public forests in the Uk by
the Sunday Telegraph.

National Botanical Gardens of Wales
A must for
anyone who is interested in plants and
botanical science. This is the
number 1 most visited garden in Wales
and voted the number 1 Wonder of Wales
by the Western Mail. It has
even featured in the BBC's Dr Who! programme.

Swansea's LC2 Centre
A new
multimillion pound water leisure complex
which is Wales' biggest indoor water
park. Situated in Swansea's
popular
marina quarter, adjacent to the
National Waterfront Museum.
There is also a state of the
art fitness centre, luxury
spa, a 30ft climbing wall
and plenty of other indoor

Golf
For golfing
fans there are plenty of golf courses
and Aberdulais Golf Driving range is a
few minutes away.
Hafodwen
House is also available to rent during the Ryder
Cup 2010. It is ideal for larger
groups who wish to visit the Celtic
Manor in Newport and also to sample some of
the other attractions in Wales during
their visit. We are about 50 mins
drive from the Celtic Manor.
